El Instituto de Bienestar Familiar tendrá en las sucesiones intestadas los derechos que hoy corresponden al municipio de la vencidad del extinto de conformidad con el artículo 85 de la Ley 153 de 1887 .
También tendrá el Instituto los derechos que hoy corresponden a otras entidades con relación a los bienes vacantes y mostrencos.
