Régimen de tarifas . En tanto la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia regula de manera especial la materia, se aplicarán a los miembros de las bolsas de bienes y productos agropecuarios, agroindustriales o de otros commodities las normas sobre régimen de tarifas previstas en el artículo 3.3.1.1 y siguientes de la Resolución 1200 de 1995 de la Superintendencia de Valores o las normas que la modifiquen, sustituyan o adicionen.
