La Reserva Naval Principal estará constituida por los Oficiales, Clases, Marinería y tropa de Infantería de Marina, retirados del servicio activo con pase a la Reserva, y. que, por lo tanto, estén en condiciones de acudir al llamamiento por convocatoria, por movilización al servicio activo, cuando el Gobierno lo requiera.
