ARTICULO 84 . Medidas precautelativas . En el curso de la investigación disciplinaria por enriquecimiento ilícito, el funcionario investigador con vista en las pruebas que obran en el expediente, podrá solicitar al Juez Penal que adelante la investigación criminal por enriquecimiento ilícito, decrete medidas cautelares sobre los bienes del investigado, de sus familiares o terceros, personas naturales o jurídicas que se encuentren presuntamente comprometidas con el ilícito, debiéndose consultar esta solicitud con la Subdirección General de la Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales.
