Sanciones a los propietarios o tenedores de vehículo que transporte mercancías peligrosas. A. Serán sancionados con multa equivalente a doscientos (200) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes (SMMLV), por infracciones a lo dispuesto en el artículo literales B, C y E del presente decreto. B. Serán sancionados con multa equivalente a cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes (SMMLV), por infracciones a lo dispuesto en el artículo 2.2.1.7.8.2.5 literal D del presente decreto. C. Serán sancionados con multa equivalente a veinte (20) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes (SMMLV), por infracciones a lo dispuesto en el artículo 2.2.1.7.8.2.5 literales F y J del Decreto.
