Los empleados del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad tendrán derecho a las prestaciones sociales previstas para las entidades de la administración pública del orden nacional en los Decretos 3135 de 1968, 1848 de 1969, 1045 de 1978, 451 de 1984, artículo 3º y en los que los adicionan, modifican, reforman o complementan y, además, a las que este decreto establece.
