LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.3.1.6.6. Desistimiento. En cualquier momento del trámite de la solicitud de reconocimiento de la condición de refugiado, el solicitante podrá desistir del procedimiento, voluntariamente y por escrito, caso en el cual el expediente será archivado mediante acto de trámite expedido por el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores.

Parágrafo

El desistimiento impedirá al solicitante volver a presentar una solicitud de reconocimiento de la condición de refugiado en Colombia por los mismos hechos.
