El acto por el cual el Departamento Administrativo del servicio Civil resuelva sobre la inscripción en el escalafón de la carrera, deberá motivarse, contener el nombre e identificación del empleo, indicar el cuadro ocupacional o carrera especial a la que se le incorpora, categoría en la que se le escalafona y demás elementos que determinen la carrera del funcionario.
