Si un mismo Juez conoce de los pleitos cuya acumulación se pide, dispone que el Secretario haga una relación de los autos, y para este acto, al cual pueden concurrir las partes, se señala uno de los seis días útiles siguientes al de la notificación de la providencia, con expresión de la hora.
