° A partir de la misma fecha se dará al servicio la bodega oficial del citado puerto de Ciénaga, la cual estará sujeta a las siguientes tarifas: la carga que entra a la bodega quedará exenta de los impuestos de bodegaje durante las primeras veinticuatro horas de permanencia en ella; la carga que permanezca un tiempo mayor de veinticuatro horas, pagará bodegaje a razón de veinte centavos por tonelada por cada día o fracción de día.
