Anticipo de Cesantía. El anticipo de cesantía de que trata el artículo 146 del Decreto 89 de 1984, solo se liquidará y pagará al Oficial o Suboficial que lo solicite cuando así lo autorice el Ministerio de Defensa en base a las correspondientes disponibilidades presupuestales y a petición escrita del interesado, la cual puede ser formulada directamente o por conducto de la Caja de Vivienda Militar.
