Los reclamos por accidentes en la vía, en caso de ser justificados, deberán hacerse el mismo día en que ocurran, con las pruebas necesarias de la culpabilidad de la Empresa y previo reconocimiento por peritos, del valor del daño o perjuicios resultantes de tales accidentes.
