Las Asambleas Departamentales, los Concejos Distritales y Concejos Municipales reglamentarán las normas generales de uso de los bienes de interés cultural de su respectivo territorio, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en las normas especializadas de orden nacional sobre la materia y lo dispuesto en planes de ordenamiento territorial y en las normas que lo desarrollen o complementen.
