DEL JUICIO DE EXPROPIACION. Ejecutoriada la resolución que decreta la expropiación se adelantará el proceso de que trata el Código de Procedimiento Civil. En la demanda podrá solicitarse que el juez decrete la inscripción de la enajenación de las acciones o cuotas, y así se ordenará tan pronto como el demandante consigne a disposición del juzgado el valor que este le señale.
