Artículo segundo. Adscríbense al Departamento de Salubridad, División de Organismos de Salubridad, las funciones de la División de Enfermedades Comunicables.

Parágrafo

Los archivos, elementos de trabajo, etc., de la División de Enfermedades Comunicables, que se suprime por el presente Decreto, pasarán al Departamento de Salubridad a partir del 16 de los corrientes.
