El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, también con el concurso de la Superintendencia Bancaria, hará las gestiones conducentes para refundir en una sola institución con el nombre de Caja Nacional de Ahorros, las distintas cajas de esta clase que funcionan en el Banco Agrícola Hipotecario y en la Sección de Ahorros de los Bancos comerciales.
