º. El que sin permiso de autoridad competente enajena, adquiera o constituya prenda sobre reliquias cuadros o esculturas o utensilios históricos o artísticos, que se encuentren en zonas arqueológicas, edificios públicos, museos, monasterios, templos o casas consistoriales, incurrirá en multa de mil a cincuenta mil pesos y en el decomiso de la obra. La obra decomisada se entregará al museo nacional.
