Derogatorias . El presente decreto deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el Decreto 1782 de 2001, el Decreto 4708 de 2005, el inciso 2º del artículo 11 del Decreto 405 de 2001, el artículo 9º del Decreto 449 de 2003 y los artículos 2.2.6.1., 2.2.6.2., 2.2.15.1 al 2.2.15.7, y 2.2.17.1 al 2.2.17.6., todos de la Resolución 400 de 1995 de la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores.
