Art. 11. Ningun empleado podrá separarse de la respectiva Mesa o Seccion, para asuntos particulares, sin permiso del Secretario o del Oficial Mayor. Cuando un motivo grave lo exija, éste permitirá la separacion hasta por una hora; pero para una ausencia de mayor tiempo es indispensable la aquiescencia del Secretario.
