Rendimientos financieros de las regalías directas y compensaciones . Los rendimientos financieros que generen los recursos de Asignaciones Directas en la Cuenta Única del Sistema General de Regalías, serán incorporados en el Presupuesto del SGR del siguiente bienio para cada una de las entidades beneficiarias de que trata el inciso segundo del artículo 361 de la Constitución Política y deberán destinarse a las mismas finalidades definidas por la Constitución Política y la ley. Estos recursos no harán parte de los rendimientos financieros del Sistema General de Regalías.
