° La asignación diaria de los Consejeros Intendenciales, por concepto de dietas, viáticos y gastos de representación, en conjunto o separadamente, no podrán exceder de sesenta pesos ($ 60.00). Los miembros que residen habitualmente fuera de la capital de la Intendencia, tendrán derecho al pago de los gastos de transporte de ida y regreso cuando deban viajar para asistir a las sesiones del respectivo periodo ordinario o extraordinario.
