Podrá también oponerse al registro de una marca o pedir su cancelación si estuviere ya inscrita o registrada, quien, sin tenerla registrada, alegare pertenecerle por haberla usado pública y notoriamente en el país con anterioridad de tres años por lo menos, y para artículos de la misma naturaleza.
