º Sobre las partidas votadas en la Ley de Apropiaciones para la Armada Nacional, la Intendencia Naval elaborará un presupuesto detallado que someterá al Ministerio por conducto de la Dirección General de Marina. Una vez aprobado dicho presupuesto, e incorporado en los libros de la Contraloría General, será la norma a que deben ceñirse los gastos de la Armada Nacional en la vigencia.
