Objeto social de las Sociedades de Beneficio e Interés Colectivo. Cualquier sociedad constituida en el territorio nacional puede adoptar la condición legal de sociedad de Beneficio e Interés Colectivo establecido en la Ley 1901 de 2018. Para el efecto, deberá incluir, de forma clara y expresa dentro de su objeto social, las actividades específicas de beneficio e interés colectivo que pretende desarrollar, de conformidad con el parágrafo del artículo 2° de la Ley 1901 de 2018 y lo señalado en el artículo 2.2.1.15.5. del presente decreto.
