Exceptúanse de las prescripciones del Decreto número 977, de 15 de abril del año en curso, sobre aparatos de radios en los buques mercantes que fondeen en los puertos marítimos y fluviales del país, las embarcaciones nacionales y extranjeras que arriben al puerto de Leticia. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
