º . Obligaciones del Representante Legal. El Director General del Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República adelantará las acciones tendientes a culminar las actividades que venía desarrollando la División de Prestaciones Médico-Asistenciales y las Secciones de Asistencia Médica y de Servicios Odontológicos del citado Fondo, sin perjuicio del ejercicio de las funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, frente al cumplimiento de las obligaciones del Fondo en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud.
