JUNTA DIRECTIVA La Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Cultura estará conformada por:

1. El Ministro de Educación Nacional, o el Viceministro como su delegado, quien la presidirá;

2. El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, o su delegado;

3. El Director del Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior, o su delegado;

4. Cuatro representantes nombrados por el Presidente de la República entre las personas más destacadas por sus servicios a la cultura nacional.

PARAGRAFO 1o. El Director del Instituto asistirá a la Junta Directiva, con voz pero sin voto.
