º No se permitirá el expendio de licores o de bebidas alcohólicas y fermentadas, los domingos y demás días de fiesta civil o eclesiástica, los de elecciones populares y los jueves y viernes santos.

Parágrafo

Durante los días dichos queda prohibido el consumo en los establecimientos donde se expenden licores y bebidas alcohólicas y fermentadas.
