Dichos tribunales se integrarán de conformidad con la representación política del Consejo Nacional Electoral y para el cumplimiento de sus deberes podrán otorgar comisiones a los funcionarios de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, ordenándoles practicar pruebas, allegar documentos, testimonios, señalándole el término para tales diligencias. Los funcionarios comisionados rendirán por escrito los informes correspondientes a los tribunales con las conclusiones de la respectiva investigación.
