Causales de retiro. El retiro del servicio activo para el personal de Agentes de la Policía Nacional, se clasifica según su forma y causales así: a) Retiro temporal

1.

Por solicitud propia.

2.

Por disposición del Director General de la Policía Nacional.

3.

Por incapacidad relativa y permanente.

4.

Por no haber aprobado el curso en la Escuela de Formación.

5.

Por conducta deficiente. b) Retiro absoluto: 1. Por incapacidad absoluta y permanente o gran invalidez. 2. Por mala conducta comprobada. 3. Por haber cumplido la edad de sesenta (60) años.
