De Las Multas Que Se Impongan A Los Inspectores Generales, Por Concepto De Daños, Se Concederá El Término De Treinta Días Para Que Presenten Sus Descargos

° De las multas que se impongan a los Inspectores Generales, por concepto de daños, se concederá el término de treinta días para que presenten sus descargos. Si las explicaciones que dieren, o los certificados que acompañen, probaren la irresponsabilidad, se decretará la exoneración. De lo contrario, se harán efectivas, e igual cosa sucederá si los descargos no se presentan dentro del plazo indicado.

Parágrafo

Las multas que impongan los Inspectores Generales no se exonerarán si a la solicitud no se acompaña el concepto favorable de tales empleados.
