Comité Institucional de Trasplantes . Las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud donde se realicen trasplantes están obligadas a constituir un Comité Institucional de Trasplantes. Las actividades del Comité Institucional serán vigiladas por la Secretarías Departamentales y Distritales de Salud.
