El Banco Ganadero está exento de suscribir bonos de deuda pública y bonos agrarios. Por consiguiente, está exento del encaje adicional del 5% establecido por el artículo 25 de la Ley 90 de 1948. El Banco podrá vender, cuando lo considere conveniente, los bonos que actualmente posee.
