Art. 1.° Declárense comprendidas en las disposiciones del articulo 54 i en las de la regla 2. del artículo 62 de la lei 82 de veintisiete de julio de 1876, al Teniente-coronel de la Guardia colombiana Francisco Eladio Ruíz i al Sarjento-mayor Joaquín Carrasquilla, por haber quedado en absoluta invalidez en acción de guerra.

§. Declarare comprendido en la misma disposición de este artículo al Sarjento Mayor José María Vega.
