Antes de la realización de cualquier diligencia decretada, deberá, ser notificada la providencia que la ordene, mediante edicto que permanecerá fijado en lugar público en él Ministerio, durante 10 días, a fin de que terceros interesados manifiesten dentro de los diez días siguientes a la desfijación, si desean intervenir en tales diligencias. Una vez que haya vencido el último término contemplado en el inciso anterior, se practicarán las diligencias ordenadas.
