Carbocol entregará trimestralmente del producido del impuesto de que trata este Decreto, el veinte por ciento (20%) al departamento y el veinte por ciento (20%).al municipio en cuyos territorios se adelante la explotación carbonífera gravada. Carbocol por ningún motivo podrá otorgar o autorizar avances en favor de los departamentos y municipios a título de futuras participaciones de éstos en el impuesto.
