Paz y salvo . El propietario privado del subsuelo que explote carbón, directamente o a través de terceros, en las áreas de los Reconocimientos de Propiedad Privada y destine su producción a la exportación, deberá acreditar previamente ante la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales el respectivo pago y el trimestre en que se causó.
