Cálculo Actuarial. Cuando un órgano del orden nacional, que tenga a su cargo el reconocimiento y pago de pensiones, entre en proceso de disolución y liquidación, deberá elaborar el respectivo cálculo actuarial teniendo en cuenta las instrucciones técnicas que para el efecto imparta el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y requerirá para su validez, la aprobación del mismo.
