º . Dirección y Representación Legal. La Dirección del Fondo para la Participación y el Fortalecimiento de la Democracia, será ejercida por el Ministro del Interior y de Justicia o por quien éste delegue, quien tendrá la representación legal y la ordenación del gasto. El Fondo para la Participación y el Fortalecimiento de la Democracia no contará con dependencias ni planta de personal propias. Para el desarrollo de su objeto se apoyará en la estructura administrativa y en los funcionarios del Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia.
