Articulo 2° . Los empleados del Ministerio de Comunicaciones podrán quedar ubicados en los Niveles de remuneración previstos dentro de cada grado, pero las vacantes que a partir de la fecha de la incorporación del personal se vayan produciendo, cualquiera que sea la causa de ellas, se llenarán dentro del grado correspondiente, en el nivel inicial a).
