º . La programación establecida para la venta de vehículos, maquinaria y equipos que serán ofrecidos en primera instancia a las personas que tengan derecho a adquirirlos conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 1º de este Decreto, deberá hacerse con un plazo no inferior a 90 días de anticipación a la cesación de las actividades de los Distritos de Obras Públicas del Instituto Nacional de Vías y las Regionales del Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales.
