Del régimen jurídico de los actos. Salvo disposición legal en contrario, los actos administrativos que dicte el Instituto en cumplimiento de sus funciones, estarán sujetos a los procedimientos administrativos contemplados en el Código Contencioso Administrativo. Así mismo, la competencia de los jueces para conocer de ellos y de los demás actos, hechos y operaciones que realice, se rige por las normas que la reglamenten, modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
