Traspaso de bienes. Según lo dispuesto en el artículo 5 del Decreto 1672 del 27 de junio de 1997, los bienes muebles se traspasarán a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro y los bienes inmuebles al Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario INPEC, para el desarrollo del Programa de Prevención Integral de la Drogadicción en el Sistema Penitenciario Colombiano.
