Art. 14. Son funciones i deberes de los agentes subalternos de correos: llenar en sus oficinas las funciones i deberes impuestos por el artículo anterior a los agentes principales, entendiéndose que en el arreglo de sus cuentas i naturaleza de los documentos que periódicamente deben remitir a las ajencias principales, deben cumplirse los reglamentos especiales que dicte el poder ejecutivo.
