Tres días antes del señalado para el remate se citará a la primera autoridad política del Distrito, al Agente del Ministerio Público y al Administrador de Hacienda Nacional, si lo hubiere, para que puedan concurrir al acto. La apertura del remate se anunciará con tres pregones. Los lotes se irán adjudicando al mejor postor, siempre que se cubran las dos terceras partes del avalúo, si ellos importaren más que los derechos, o el valor de éstos si aquella cuota fuere menor.
