Artículo único. Condónase al señor Luis María Gómez D. la suma de cuatrocientos noventa y tres pesos ochenta centavos ($ 493-80), con sus intereses respectivos, por valor de las letras números 57398 y 57437, giradas a su cargo con fecha 20 de mayo de 1909 y a favor de la Tesorería General de la República, giros provenientes de derechos de importación de la Aduana de Barranquilla.

Parágrafo

En virtud de esta Ley cesará contra el señor Gómez D. todo procedimiento que tenga por objeto hacer efectivo el pago de la expresada suma.
