Si el conductor del correo no hiciere el viaje hasta el Distrito a donde van dirigidos los pliegos, los entregará al Administrador de la oficina donde termine su viaje, para que éste dé recibo en los términos indicados, y encamine los pliegos a su destino, con las formalidades prescritas.
