El Intendente podrá contratar libremente las reparaciones que se requieran en el interior del país y que tengan un valor inferior a $ 500. Los contratos de valor superior a esta suma quedan sujetos a las formalidades previstas en la Ley 13 de 1935, y el Decreto No 427 de 1936 que la reglamenta. Responsabilidad de los miembros de la Armada que manejen fondos ocasionalmente.
