Art. 314. Siempre que un buque salga en lastre de un puerto habilitado con destino a otro tambien habilitado, su Capitan, sobrecargo o consignatario deberá proveerse de un certificado del Jefe de la Aduana, en que conste que el buque va en lastre, de lo cual se dará aviso por el inmediato correo al puerto del destino, i tanto en este caso como en el de que trata el artículo 306, esta última Aduana comunicará a la otra la llegada del buque, con todo lo demás que haya ocurrido en el último puerto relativamente al mismo buque.
