Del Gerente. El Gerente de la Sociedad es agente del Presidente de la República y por lo tanto de su libre nombramiento y remoción.

Parágrafo

Para ser designado Gerente de la Sociedad se requiere título universitario, o experiencia comprobada en materia artesanal.
